I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while feeling drained, disconnected, and stuck on the inside. For years, I chased all the wrong things, and the cost was my health, energy, and joy. My turning point came when I was no longer recognizable to myself and had no option but to rebuild—not just my life, but my body, mindset, and purpose—from the inside out.
Today, I’m the founder of Resilient Wellness, a transformation framework designed specifically for high-achieving professionals who want to reclaim their energy, sharpen their focus, and live with intentional purpose—without sacrificing success and definitely before losing themselves completely as I did.
My journey has taken me from overcoming deep personal struggles and rebuilding my life through faith and discipline, to leading multiple others, speaking on transformation stages, and encouraging leaders who are ready for more than just surface-level success.
Through my 90-Day Resilient Wellness Blueprint, I combine mindset mastery, natural wellness strategies, and purpose-driven growth to help clients move from burnout to breakthrough. Whether it’s through my online course, private coaching, or speaking engagements, my mission is simple:
Help you perform at your highest level—without burning out—so you can live the life you were designed for.
When I’m not coaching or speaking, you’ll find me outdoors in North Idaho, training, hunting, or spending time with my wife, Ruth, and our family.
"Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about who you become in the process." -Chris Boe
